A quality multivitamin
This is my foundation. A well- formulated multivitamin fills nutritional gaps and supports overall health. I use pure one multivitamin, which is made of high quality, clean ingredients that gives me energy and focus throughout the day. It contains vitamin C, D, B6, B12 and more. If I only had to take one, this would be it.
Collagen
I add collagen to my coffee most mornings. If I forget that, I also have the option of a collagen supplement later in the day.
Zinc
Zinc supports immune function ad cellular repair- I especially try to add this in the winter months and when traveling.
Nutrafol
I use Nutrafol for hair and scalp support. Its made with a blend of botanicals, vitamins and minerals to help with internal stressors and overall balance. This is for long term effects, not immediate results.
Magnesium
This supports muscle and nerve function, energy production and restful sleep. I take magnesium nightly as part of my wellness routine to help my body recover and stay balanced.
