Traveling can be exciting, but I find it can also throw off my wellness routine. Over the years, I’ve learned that packing a few key essentials when I travel can make all the difference in staying healthy and feeling my best on the go. Here’s my travel wellness essentials that I always pack:

Supplements I always bring:
Staying consistent with my supplements while traveling is non-negotiable- My go to essentials include:
multivitamin– covers any gaps in nutrition while on the go- also includes Vitamin C, D, B complex.
Vitamin C– I like to take extra vitamin C to boost immunity while traveling, since I am in more contact with germs on the plane and in crowded spaces.
Collagen– this helps keep my skin, hair, and nails strong while on the go.
Zinc– This gives my body immune support while traveling.
Nutrofol– This supports skin, nail, and hair health daily and I don’t want to miss this one.
Magnesium– Magnesium supports digestion and sleep, which all can be interrupted during travel. It also helps support muscle relaxation and calms the nervous system.
Every Day Wellness Items
I also pack a few everyday items that help me with general health and wellness.
Reusable water bottle– hydration is key!
Travel friendly yoga mat or resistance bands– easy for quick works outs.
Hand sanitizer – this is a no brainer- I always need this one, but even more when traveling.
Antibacterial wipes- to wipe down surfaces in plans, hotels and restaurants.
Mini pill organizer or pouch– for supplements- I only pack what I need for the trip.
Small emergency kit- with bandaids and a few first aid items. I also bringa few over the counter medications that may be needed (Advil, Tylenol, Tums, Draminine, etc). I’ve learned that I will end up overpaying at a gift shop for these if I don’t bring them along.
Any prescription medications– I keep these in my personal item or purse at all times.
Compression socks– improves circulation, reduces swelling, helps with leg discomfort.
other Tips for staying healthy on the go
